The Future of Coffee – Canadian National Barista Championship 2020 – Cole Torode

Cole Torode presents some concepts in coffee that excite him about what the future may hold. This presentation is the sequel to his 2018 and 2019 World Barista Championship presentation themes and was designed to educate and dismantle preconceived notions which keep the industry stagnant. In the presentation, numerous brewing methods and styles are re-envisioned.
